Look no further than our "Managing People"  Training Workshop.  Our two day course focuses on Setting Direction and Performance Standards, Monitoring Performance, Motivating Staff, and Providing Feedback on Performance and Direction.  Our course combines lecture with tools and activities using real world scenarios for a more quality learning experience.

Need more than a 2-day Workshop?

Add the Extended Program with 6 Additional Classes and/or Monthly Group Coaching Sessions.  Additional classes include:

Additional Classes can also be hosted independent of the workshop.

The "Extended Program" adds approximately 6 - 8 months, hosting one additional class each month.  Each class is a full day.  Additional coaching session are held in between additional classes.
