1  If I request an in-person consultation is it still free?

Yes.  It is very important to us to learn about your needs first and we value in-person meetings and connections.  

 

 

 

 2  If I want to have Next Level train our managers on a specific subject such as Interviewing, do I have to purchase the other classes as well?

No.  We are happy to come to your place, or use ours to train your team in specific subjects that we offer and advance your team to the Next Level.

 

 

 

 3  Does your firm provide legal advice on employment matters?

We are NOT a law firm and do not give legal advice.  However, we will listen to any issues you have and advise as appropriate.  If we do determine a legal expert is required we can refer you to our preferred law partners.

 

 

 

 4  Can Training Classes be customized to correlate to the unique needs of our organization.

Yes.  We can use examples and adjust material to target the learning needs of your organization.  In addition, we can also consult on best practices and help identify training needs.

Our prices tend to vary depending on the scope of a project we do.  However we charge our clients; it is more important to us that they feel good about that value that was delivered.
